501 Lincoln Street Apartments is a seven-story, affordable mixed-use building located in Downtown Denver, Colorado.  The project is approximately 140,000 square feet, which includes residential units, commercial space, parking, and building amenities.  Construction material is cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete floors, with a screw pile foundation system.  The building provides seventy five studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments.   The structure also accommodates 10,200 square feet of commercial space and 145 parking spaces located in three separate levels.
