Conter Estates senior housing community is located in the Denver suburbs.  The facility provides 75 one and two bedroom units and nearly 25,000 square feet of community space.  The building is a three-story wood frame structure with post-tension slab on grade foundation system.  The facility provides nurse’s station, office space, gathering hall, activity rooms and a two story lobby space.  The project was completed in 2002 with an approximate construction cost of $9 million.
