The Georgetown

Georgetown at Greenwood Village is located in the heart of the Technology Center in Denver, Colorado. The project consists of upscale town homes with amenities such as roof top hot tubs, oversized roof decks, wine tasting rooms, exercise rooms, home theaters and 20 feet ceiling heights.  The complex contains four separate building types with a total of 25 townhome units.  The structures are built with conventional wood framing and post tensioned slabs on grade.
