Hangar Loft Condominiums

Hangar Loft condominiums are located on the old site of Lowery Air Force Base in Denver, Colorado.  The project consists of (4) three-story wood framed buildings over a post-tensioned underground concrete parking structure. The third floors are designed with 18 feet high clear ceilings with loft units. The buildings provide studios, one, two and three bedroom units.  The underground parking structure is designed as a concrete podium to support two buildings and a green-roof terrace/plaza space between the buildings.
