Mockingbird Station

Mockingbird station is a revolutionary first of its kind mixed-use project located in Dallas, Texas.  The project is located near downtown Dallas, combining commercial and residential uses with the city’s light rail commuter station.  The project consists of an office pavilion with ground floor retail and restaurants, a 211 unit residential loft building, and a Sky Bridge which connects the project to the city’s light rail station.  The project takes up 10 acres of land with an approximate construction value of $105 million.  The Architect for the project was RTKL Associates.
