Regent at Summerfield is an Assisted Living Facility located in Vacaville, Californian, about 40 miles east of San Francisco Bay area.   The building is an approximately 180,000 square feet, two story wood frame construction with 270 units of living space.  The facility provides two large dining rooms, kitchen, activity rooms, library, and support staff offices.  The project is located in high seismic zone with an approximate construction cost of $12 million.  The project was completed in 1998.
