Spring Hollow is an affordable community in six buildings, of one, two, and three-bedroom units.  The 5-acre site features 25 percent open-space with a landscaping plan that utilizes plants that are unique to the region, and takes advantage of the mountain views.  The 108-housing units are in 3-story buildings with steep pitched roofs and brick accent walls.  The site also has a toddler’s play area, community building, and garage parking for 15 cars.
