We have designed numerous Walgreens stores across the United States.  The structures have been built with concrete masonry walls, steel roof joists, galvanized metal roof deck and light gage metal framing on the front entry as well as the pharmacy drive thru canopy.  All of the buildings are similar in plan layout and construction material. Due to simplicity of the buildings and the repetitive nature of the designs, the design team was expected to produce the construction documents on a fast tract schedule with minimal notice.
