Welton Place is a seven-story, mixed-use building located in Downtown Denver.  The project will occupy an entire city block with a mix of flats, townhomes, office space, retail space, private garages and several green-roof terraces and decks.  The project is designed around “Green Building” concepts and is expected to earn LEED recognition.  Construction material is structural steel, metal deck, metal studs, and a shallow foundation.  The building provides (101) one and two bedroom condominium units, (9) private double car garages and (11) three story townhomes.  The building also accommodates 3,830 square feet of commercial space and two levels of underground parking.
