This affordable community, located in Colorado Springs, is comprised of 160 two-, and three- bedroom units, intended to meet the needs of larger families. The seventeen buildings on the 12.7 acre site are organized around two courtyards which maximizes access to outdoor activities. Amenities include outdoor patios and decks, a 3000-sf community building, a childern's recreational area, and garages for 20 cars. The project also utilizes a regional bike path connection on the north boundary of the site. The Winfield is located in an established, traditional single-family neighborhood, and was designed as a 2-story building to match the scale, and character of the surrounding area. This project is currently under construction.
