Wyndhaven facility is located in Hillsboro, Oregon, next to a mass transit commuter light rail and bus stations.  The project provides 396 units of housing on a 12 acre site.  Approximate construction cost for the project is $19 million.  The complex contains three and four story wood framed structures with surface parking and detached garages.
