Zi Lofts condominiums are located next to Denver’s Coors Field stadium in the Ballpark district in downtown Denver. The Project is an eight-story post tensioned concrete structure on a deep pile foundation system.  The building contains high-end one, two and three bedroom condos with 4,300 square feet of commercial space on the first floor.  The building provides 53 parking spaces on two separate levels.
