Blake Street Apartments is a six-story, affordable mixed-use building located in Denver’s Ballpark Neighborhood.  The project is approximately 122,000 square feet, which includes residential units, commercial space, covered parking, and common areas.  Construction started in June 2005.  Construction material is cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete floors, with a deep foundation system.  The building provides (6) studio units, (63) one bedroom and (25) two bedroom units.  The building also accommodates 2,330 square feet of commercial space and 90 parking spaces located in two separate levels.
