Columbia Knoll Senior Housing

The Terrace at Columbia Knoll is a unique affordable housing complex for both families and seniors.  Located at 82nd and Sandy Boulevard, it is built on the 9-acre site of the former Shrine Hospital and is next door to the nationally recognized Grotto greenbelt.  The facility is made up of one, two and three bedroom apartment homes.  The complex offers a large community center, privately owned daycare center, exercise room, computer lab and offices for onsite management.  The Senior Building has multiple dining rooms, a large central lobby, library, movie theater, computer room and a number of activity rooms.  The buildings are four-story wood framed structures with brick veneer and conventional concrete spread footings.
