Project Description:   Schneider Structural Engineering(SSE) has been providing Residential Structural Inspections and Designs for Recommended Repairs for single family and multiple family units structures over 20 years.  SSE’s inspection reports are stamped by a Professional Engineer and include descriptions of observations, photographs with captions, description of likely causes, conclusions, and recommendations.   SSE can provide repair designs based on recommendations provided in Structural Inspection reports.  SSE can provide economic design and details to stabilize existing foundation walls that have been overstressed, thus eliminating the need for costly demolition and replacement of foundation walls.  SSE can also provide retrofit designs to existing elevated porches, decks, and balconies to prevent possible collapses of these structures, which can lead to serious injuries or death, due to insufficient anchorage and bracing for lateral loads.
