Schneider Structural Engineering, Inc. (SSE) had it’s 20th anniversary in 2007. In May 1987, Jerald Schneider and wife Kathleen Schneider, founded the the Structural Engineering firm with a few guiding canons: Be Ethical, Provide High Quality Service, Be Honest, and Be Efficient.

The business in Omaha, Nebraska  has grown with an experienced staff of licensed engineers and a very talented staff of technicians.

SSE is owned by the employees and Schneider Sharples Corporation (SSC). SSC organizes, and facilitates the unification of four experienced and talented structural engineering firms into a cohesive collection of experience, resources, and talent.

What is a Structural Engineer ?

SSE has found success with projects across the United States. SSE has accumulated experience in broad ranging and diverse cornucopia of engineering services and project types.

The engineers at SSE are very proud of the many diverse, and unusual structural engineering successes throughout the years. These successes include research and investigations, multistory steel and concrete structures, partnerships with manufacturers, and many other types of projects.

In January 2008, the engineers of SSE started a massive and exciting assignment to present an overview of the many unique structural engineering projects completed by SSE. This assignment is broad and extensive in content.  We expect that the SSE project successes that the engineers at SSE present will grow monthly, and we have no completion in sight.
